Lisa Henderson, RDH
Lisa Henderson has lived in Halifax County her entire life. Like many others in this area, she grew up in a family that made their living by tobacco farming. After high school, Lisa worked in a local sewing factory for seventeen years until it shut its doors. That's when Lisa decided to go back to school and earn a degree in dental hygiene from Virginia Western Community College in 2003. She is very happy with her career because it gives her the opportunity to meet and serve many people from different walks of life. Over the years, Lisa has grown quite attached to her patients and her laughter can be often heard throughout the building.
Lisa is married to Dale Henderson and has two daughters, Crystal and Joni, both of whom she is very proud of. In her spare time, she enjoys being active in her church, gardening,
canoeing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
